Shipping and Returns Policy

⏱️ Order Processing
All orders are processed within 48 business hours after payment confirmation. Items in stock are shipped according to the delivery times listed below.
Products available for pre-order require a 30% deposit at the time of order. The remaining balance will be due before shipment.
📦 Delivery Times
- France: 3–5 business days after shipment
- European Union: 7–10 business days after shipment
These delivery times are provided as an estimate and may vary depending on the carrier or seasonal demand.
🚛 Carriers
MiraLab works with leading European carriers such as Colissimo, ChronoPost DHL, UPS, DPD, and FedEx.
A tracking number is provided to each customer upon shipment.
Deliveries are made to home or business addresses only.
Delivery to pickup points is not currently available.
💰 Shipping Fees
Shipping costs are included in product prices. They are calculated automatically at checkout based on weight, destination, and carrier selection.
🔄 Returns and Withdrawal Right
In accordance with EU law, customers have a 14-day legal withdrawal period from the date of receipt to return their purchase without justification.
Returns are accepted only if products are unused, complete, and in their original packaging.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Once the returned product has been received and inspected, a refund (excluding shipping fees) will be issued within 14 days.
🛠️ Warranty
All products sold by MiraLab come with a 2-year manufacturer’s warranty from the date of purchase.
This warranty covers manufacturing and conformity defects, but does not apply in case of misuse, drops, oxidation, or unauthorized modifications.
